Franklin Junior Football depends on volunteers for the ongoing success of the program. Board Members oversee administration and overall program operations, but additional volunteers are needed to support in the roles below.
Team Leader. Available for practices and games. Manages play calling and substitutions.
2-3 adult volunteers per game to operate first down markers. No experience required. Volunteers assist with their player's game.
Attend practice as available. Assist with game-day management including organization of players and play calling.
Evaluate players in camp style drills. Assessments are used to form teams evenly based on size and skill of players.
Helps facilitate camp-style practice drills. Not assigned to a specific team and has no game day responsibilities.
Distribute equipment and spirit wear at the scheduled Equipment Handout date in August.
